Google Nexus is a phone. The phone come before Google pixel phones. The phone series start Nexus 1. The phone last model is Nexus 6P. The phone have some facts. That is google do partnership Moto, Samsung, HTC, Huawei. The phone brands made hardware for google. And google made software. It have a good side. That is you can buy update android phone very small price. The phones have latest android version. Mainly developer use it. But it have a problem. That is they can not maintain it quality & not famous or popular on market, it branding is most confusion subject and overall not saleing on market. So after Nexus 6p google fully off this project. And Nexus replace to Google Pixel. Now as you can see Google pixel hardware and software made by Google.
2. Project ARA
The project release on 2014. The project is so interesting project ever. Because the project is you buy a phone base. After add any phone parts and models. It means you can add better battery, camera etc parts. But 2016 time google officially off this project. But it feels so cool to see and listen it. We hope we can not see this type phone in futures.
3. Google Talk
It is google first and best messge service. It launch on 2005. It integrat by gmail. That time everyone hope google talk competion skype. But future is change everyone moved WhatsApp. After finally google off this service. But it is one of best messageing app by google. Because Google DUO, Google Allo not so best project by google.
4. ChromeCast Audio
Basically ChromeCast Audio made for speker. It can connect speker by 3.5 mm. After you can play online songs. ChromeCast play song by connected speaker. But concept is not so good. After when come Bluetooth speaker solve this cabals problem. After come Bluetooth smart speaker. Like Google Home, Amazon Alaska. That time google move ChromeCast to Google Home. Now you can command speaker and it play songs. But after all ChromeCast is most failed product by google.
5. Google Play Edition
Google Play Edition launch on 2013. That time google do partnership all biggest phone brand. Like Samsung, HTC etc. That time samsung release galaxy S4. The partnership is the brand like Samsung also release a Special S4 Play Edition. Google specially made software for that phone. And also made stock android, phones all kinds update give direct google. But after future time google does not successfully made so many software for that kinds phones. That projects are not earn so hits. And peoples are no know that market have available that kinds phone. The concept is very cool. If it marketing are doing right way. So it can earn many hits. After google move this project to Android One. It is also a good work from google.
6. Project Tango
It only made for AR (augmented reality) phones. It means AR using on phone. Google developed special sensors for it. The sensor only development for android phones. The sensor help you to use AR on phone. It's 2 phones was very famous. The phone's are Lenova phob 2 pro & Asus Zenfone AR. The phones had dedicated sensor. So you can used AR. But it have a problem. That is your phone have must dedicated sensor. So you can use AR. After google develop AR & API (application program interface). It can help you to use AR features on any phone without AR hardware. After it gets a lot of popular. So google again failed dedicated sensor project.
7. Orkut
Orkut is a most famous social media by google. Once time it had world most famous social media. So much people use it. It made for direct Competition with facebook. But now no one use it. Once time so many internet user use it.
8. Picasa
Picasa is a image organizer software. It made for windows & Mac. After google buy it on 2004. Google off it service. Because google move all photography tools Picasa to Google Photos. In a word google replace Picasa to google photo. But Once time Picasa is world famous photo editor software.
9. Google Video
The service launch on 2005. It consent is user upload there video and viewer can see the videos. After it start Competition with YouTube. But youtube is available on the beginning. And youtube was very famous that time also. That time youtube owner is google. Google video indirectly competition with youtube. After google fully off the google video service. It is one of most google failed product.
10. Google+
Google+ is most feller From google. Google launch it for Competition all social media. Google hope it can complete all social media like facebook, twitter. But it could not do that much. It was a social media platforms that Google it self made. But no one has ever used it. After October 8, 2018 google officially off google+ service. It is a amazing facts. In a word google unsuccessful to made a better social media platforms or any kind social website/app.
